Owner/Manager

David is the dedicated owner and manager of Ramsey Step Down and Care Centre. With his extensive experience and passion for providing exceptional care, he ensures that all residents receive the best possible support and comfort. David takes great pride in maintaining outstanding levels of care, ensuring that qualified nurses are present on each shift, supported by healthcare assistants. He firmly believes that high-quality, freshly prepared home-cooked meals are an essential part of the residents’ well-being. David and his team go the extra mile to cater to individual preferences, even cooking residents’ favourite dishes when possible. Head of Security

With Millie Wing as the Head of Security, Ramsey Step Down and Care Centre ensures a safe and secure environment for all residents. Millie, a loyal member since the company’s inception, brings a unique mix of dedication and occasional enthusiasm, particularly when treats, preferably cheese, are involved. While she may prefer her beauty sleep, Millie still performs her duties diligently, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the centre’s residents.

Humphrey Mabb

Chief Welcoming Officer

Meet Humphrey Mabb, our Chief Welcoming Officer at Ramsey Step Down and Care Centre. Despite being a recent addition to our team, having been born in November 2020, Humphrey brings boundless energy and a playful spirit to our centre. While his coordination may sometimes be a work in progress, his attention can easily be captured with the promise of treats. Humphrey is a true people puppy, delighting in the company of others and spreading cheer with his wagging tail. Though he does have his mandatory daily nap times, once fully integrated into our team, Humphrey will be eagerly awaiting to greet visitors with his warm and furry welcome.
